ETranzact was launched in September 2003, and has today evolved into a brand with global reach extending its innovative services to include products which cut across virtually all aspects of the e-payment space; ATM, Internet, POS, and Mobile. The company currently has operations in six other countries around the world; South Africa, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Cote d’voire and United Kingdom Since Inception, eTranzact has deployed its mobile payment solutions to banks and non bank financial institutions alike and was recently granted the license by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide Mobile Money services to individuals with a special focus on the unbanked.

  • We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our social presence end-to-end from strategy to storytelling, campaigns to community, and performance to growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a bold social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Be the brand voice across all social platforms
  • Plan and manage content calendars that drive awareness, engagement & acquisition.
  • Build and scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube & more.
  • Lead influencer and community-building initiatives
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, PR & product teams to deliver standout campaigns
  • Track KPIs, analyse performance, and turn insights into smarter content
  • Own paid social campaigns, budgets, targeting & reporting
  • Stay ahead of trends and create real-time, relevant content

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting & editing skills (text, image & video)
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, community building & paid ads
  • Strong grasp of analytics, KPIs, SEO & performance reporting
  • Experience managing influencers and social campaigns
  • Leadership mindset with excellent collaboration skills
