We are looking for a creative, strategic, and growth-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media pages, grow our online community, and create engaging content that connects with our audience and reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and boost brand visibility
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to maintain strong community engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, influencer partnerships, and product launches
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and social conversations relevant to the herbal wellness space
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content and strategy
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging tools, and best practices
- Create basic visual content using tools like Canva or mobile editing apps (video & graphic)
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other major platforms
- Proven ability to create compelling social content (graphics, captions, short videos)
- Creative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Basic video editing or design skills using Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.
- Experience managing social media pages for brands in the health, wellness, or consumer goods space
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer
