Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends.
