Job Summary:
- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content, driving audience growth and engagement, and maintaining brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of social media trends, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent posting frequency and brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
- Implement strategies to grow and expand the organization's social media audience and reach.
- Drive engagement through creative campaigns, contests, and interactive content.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to align social media efforts with broader organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of key messages and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
- Ability to use Canva, Office tool, G-Suites, and other relevant video editing tools
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
