Job Summary:
- We seek a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist/Creative Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
- This role requires a highly motivated individual who resides in or around Ajah, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Creative Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a relevant field.
