Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage content (including text, images, video) that is engaging and relevant to our target audience.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the performance of campaigns and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Must have NYSC certificate.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
