Job Summary:

  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that promote the healthcare organization's brand, services, and values. This role requires an individual who understands the unique needs of the healthcare industry, including patient engagement, education, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging social media platforms to improve patient experience and foster community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating viral campaigns to promote the Company, brands, and products on key social media platforms - tiktok, instagram, youtube, facebook, twitter
  • Effectively managing the Company’s social media presence across all social media platforms - tiktok, instagram, youtube, facebook, twitte
  • Creating a social media calendar to achieve the Company’s social media objectives
  • Creating engaging social media content (videos, graphics, etc) and posts, engaging with existing and targeted audience to achieve the Company’s social media objectives
  • Running effective adverts on all social media platforms to achieve set objectives
  • Identifying and working with social media influencers to achieve set objectives

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Social media management experience on all platforms - tiktok, instagram, youtube, twitter - for a viral brand with a strong social media presence.
  • Experience in growing followers on social media platforms, running ads, working with influencers, trending, and running viral campaigns.
  • Must be presentable, well spoken, process-oriented, composed, able to work under pressure, and a self-starter.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and healthcare industry standards.
