The Role

  • We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to build, manage, and grow Loger’s presence across social media platforms.
  • You’ll be responsible for content strategy, daily posting, community engagement, and performance tracking helping position Loger as a trusted, modern brand in the African property and tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Loger’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, short videos, and stories
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow the community
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams on campaigns and launches
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize content accordingly
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support infl uencer collaborations and paid social campaigns (where applicable)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company
  • Proven experience growing engagement and audience on social platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to create or coordinate visual content (basic design/video skills are a plus)
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in proptech, fi ntech, or tech startups.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, paid ads, and content analytics
  • Experience working with African or emerging-market audiences
  • Copywriting or short-form video (Reels/TikTok) experience
