Job Summary
- Majeurs is expanding rapidly across furniture manufacturing, training, media, and technology — and we need a world-class Social Media Manager who isn’t just posting content, but managing a thriving community, executing a dynamic social calendar, and ensuring our digital voice stays sharp, intentional, and compelling.
- This role is designed for someone who understands social media as a real-time communication engine, not a posting platform. You will work closely with our Brand Strategist, Creative Director, photographers, videographers, digital marketers, and design team to bring our content to life and drive conversation, trust, and growth.
- You will not be asked to create high-production content — but you must be able to make small edits, fix errors fast, adjust captions, reformat visuals, trim videos, and optimize content with ease.
- You will be the pulse of the Majeurs digital community.
Your Mission
- Own Majeurs’ social media presence end-to-end.
- Drive engagement, strengthen community trust, and ensure every piece of content performs.
- This is an execution-heavy role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes full responsibility for social performance.
What you will own
Daily Social Media Execution:
- Post content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube
- Ensure accuracy, formatting, hashtags, captions, tags, SEO keywords
- Make micro-edits to videos, images, and designs (CapCut, Canva, basic Adobe)
- Maintain a clean, aesthetically consistent feed across brands
Community Management (Critical):
- Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, tags
- Proactively engage followers, designers, suppliers, creators, architects, partners
- Initiate meaningful conversations
- Manage DMs like a customer success professional
- Convert social leads to warm leads for sales team
Calendar, Planning & Coordination:
- Execute weekly and monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with internal Creative, Production, Academy, MANDE tech, and Sales teams
- Stay ahead of deadlines and ensure content is always ready to go
Trend & Insights Intelligence:
- Identify trending audios, formats, captions, memes, moments
- Adapt trends to fit Majeurs’ brand voice without losing quality
- Monitor competitor activity and industry shifts
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track: reach, saves, shares, retention, conversions, community sentiment
- Present weekly insights with recommendations=
- Improve performance using data, not guesswork
Brand Stewardship:
- Maintain tone, consistency, quality, and brand presence across platforms
- Ensure brand voice is respected in every caption, comment, and response
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years experience in social media management (agency or brand side)
- Proven track record growing and engaging communities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Express)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Ability to track and interpret analytics
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Must be available for hybrid work (3 days on-site)
- Experience managing multiple accounts is a plus
- Experience in lifestyle, manufacturing, design, or media industries is a plus.

Benefits
- Base Salary: N200,000 – N350,000 / month (depending on skill level & experience).
- Performance Bonus: N50,000 – N150,000 / month based on engagement, response time, consistency, and KPI improvements.
