Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across various social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, enhance engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our social media approach.
  • Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools.
  • Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics and insights, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaign development.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize ads for performance and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience / flare for Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • BSC in Mass communication or Marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity in developing engaging content.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms.
