Key Responsibilities:

- Video Production Assistance: Guide the co-founders on creating YouTube video content that captivates the target audience, leveraging insights into consumer preferences.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant brand community by replying to comments and DMs with a fun, wholesome tone.
- Posting Cadence Management: Schedule social media posts across platforms using tools like Publer or Hootsuite, maintaining a consistent brand presence.

Qualifications:
- Experience in repurposing DTC content for social media, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Familiarity with female-oriented consumer products and an understanding of beauty space trends.
- Proficiency in social media management and automation tools (Publer, Hootsuite).
- Demonstrated ability to engage communities on social media platforms in a tone that reflects the brand’s values.
- Knowledge of Pinterest and its application for visual products.
- Canva experience for creating visual content is desirable.
- Shopify, SEO, and Google search optimization experience are desirable but not required.
