Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and results-drivenSocial Media Manager / Content Creatorto manage and grow the online presence of a natural hair and skincare brand.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through strategic social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals
- Create engaging content (videos, reels, photos, captions) for Instagram & TikTok
- Manage daily social media activities (posting, scheduling, responding to comments and DMs)
- Grow and engage the brand’s online community
- Stay updated on beauty, natural hair, and skincare trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (preferably in beauty/skincare)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
- Ability to create high-quality video content (Reels/TikTok)
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of natural hair and skincare is an added advantage
- Must be available to work onsite 4 days a week.
