This role requires a blend of creativity and data-driven marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will manage content planning, social media operations, digital advertising, performance analytics, and community engagement while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize results.
  • Build and manage an active online community through timely engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads are an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing social media engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
  • Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and website analytics.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an added advantage.
