Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Expand and sustain our social media presence.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Interact with followers, respond promptly to queries, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee the design of social media accounts (e.g., cover images, profile pictures, layouts).
  • Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements and Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management or a related role.
  • Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Ability to deliver creative content in text, image, and video formats.
  • Proficiency in at least one design tool (e.g., Canva).
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
