Job Summary:

  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
  • This role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content (including text, images, video) that is engaging and relevant to our target audience.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices, and implement them to improve our online presence.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the performance of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our social media presence cutting-edge.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
