Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and managing organic and paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok.
- Growing the brand’s social presence, engaging with various audience segments, and driving revenue.
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Design, implement, and oversee paid social campaigns to enhance engagement and execute comprehensive social strategies.
- Manage community engagement across all platforms.
- Contribute to the development of social strategies across various industries.
- Strategize and execute organic and paid social media initiatives.
- Collaborate creatively with clients to generate content concepts.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights on effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of social trends, integrating them into strategies and sharing insights with the team.
- Execute tasks autonomously and as part of a team, ensuring client specifications are met.
- Initiate and oversee paid media initiatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in content creation.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Solid proficiency in Video and content creation and editing.
- 100% Dedication to the company
- Familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Hubspot, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
- Strong skills in social media analytics and reporting.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI.
