Job Summary
- Write compelling and concise captions and posts for different audiences.
- Make blog posts and disseminate newsletter and monthly assessment reportto subscribers
- Analyse social media metrics to measure performance and inform strategies.
- Manage all emails and ensure smooth communication.
- Collaborate with content creators and other team members to ensuresmooth and effective work.
- Build and nurture online communities and address user inquiries.
- Must be able to work at least 15hrs weekly.
Requirements
- A minimum of NCE or OND in computer science or any related field.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience working in the role.
Skills:
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content across various platforms.
- Ability to analyse social media metrics to measure performance and informstrategies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging withfollowers.
- Ability to handle and respond effectively to messages; especially socialmedia crises and negative feedback.
- In-depth understanding of each social media platform’s features andalgorithms.
