Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Planning
- Develop and execute compelling social media strategies tailored to client goals.
- Create monthly content calendars that align with brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and seasonal trends.
- Conduct audience and competitor analysis to inform platform-specific approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign launches and product storytelling.
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Manage end-to-end content production, from concept to publishing (in partnership with designers and videographers).
- Write engaging copy and captions optimized for each platform (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Oversee post scheduling using tools.
- Ensure consistency in voice, branding, and visual style across all client accounts.
Community Management & Engagement
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Build online communities by fostering conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers, collaborators, and online communities.
- Flag sentiment changes, feedback, or crisis signals to relevant teams.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, and audience growth.
- Prepare monthly reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Use analytics to continuously refine strategies and maximize impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 3–4 years experience managing social media accounts (agency or brand-side)
- Proven track record of creating high-performing content across major platforms Experience in video editing tools like Capcut, Hootsuite and Metricool. Canva is a plus
- Experience using scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Ability to create engaging video content like reels. Video editing is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for visuals and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to create good reports and presentations.
