Role Summary

  • The Social Media Marketer will develop and implement structured strategies for managing and optimizing Yacht Hotel’s social media presence.
  • The role focuses on driving audience engagement, brand visibility, and online conversions while aligning with the hotel’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute all social media activities in line with business goals while exploring emerging platforms and opportunities.
  • Set and monitor key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Digital Marketing Department and collaborate with other business units for unified campaigns.
  • Create and execute innovative growth strategies in partnership with the operations team.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar with a balanced content mix—promotional, educational, entertainment, testimonials, and user-generated content—organized by theme.
  • Identify target audiences by demographics, interests, and behaviors; select the most effective platforms and refine strategies through competitor research.
  • Produce and publish high-quality, engaging content—videos, images, graphics, reels, stories, and carousels—ensuring consistent visuals, tone, and messaging.
  • Schedule posts for optimal engagement using analytics data.
  • Manage community engagement and respond to interactions within a 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Identify, collaborate with, and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and loyal customers.
  • Oversee timely promotion of events and campaigns.
  • Define ad budgets, target audiences, and campaign objectives (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and budgets as needed, and apply retargeting strategies for website visitors and engaged audiences.
  • Track engagement metrics, measure website traffic from social media, and prepare detailed performance reports with trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Handle crisis managementand monitor brand reputation by addressing negative feedback professionally using approved communication plans.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
  • Test new content formats such as AI-generated content, AR filters, and innovative platform features.
  • Participate in relevant workshops and training to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.
