ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to engage our community, implement automated marketing programs to enhance HelloMe Money brand visibility, engagement and overall online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and shareable contents for various social media platforms,
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social channels. 
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Foster positive relationships with followers, customers, and influencers. 
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives, promotions, and product launches. 
  • Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and overall social media efforts. 
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Recommend and implement new features or strategies based on emerging trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to create contents and graphics that aligns marketing strategies with overall business goals and brand identity. 
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and affiliates to expand the reach of our community and marketing efforts.
  • Research and understand a company’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meetings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, social media innovations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Five demonstrable years of proven experience as a social media specialist with a portfolio of successful projects.
  • Good understanding of social media analytics and tools.
  • Creativity in engaging web content writings and campaign planning.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative skill with a result-driven mindset for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns to enhance overall community satisfaction.
  • Attention to details, ability to work independently, collaboratively and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), blogging and content promotions and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Previous experience working in a fintech company is a plus.
