JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION
- Social media representatives answer queries from customers and prospective customers.
- Social media representatives also perform customer service duties.
- They respond to customer inquiries, queries, and complaints.
- They respond to customer requests for information about products, services, or orders.
QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Bsc/Hnd in marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a social media representative, or a similar role.
- Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+
- Solid customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: 70k plus commission
