We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Social Media and Sales Specialist to manage our online customer interactions and drive sales through various social media platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both customer service and sales, with a flair for graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and other social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Manage WhatsApp sales and ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales department to align social media efforts with overall sales goals.
- Generate reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and responding to customer inquiries.
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
