Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a brand champion and ensure compliance across all communication touchpoints
  • Develop Legacy Vacation Resort’s multimedia copy content that will be effectively integrated across all brand mediums including web/eCommerce, social media, digital media, reputation management, extranets, email marketing, and Google Business
  • Develop LVR social media content calendar, manage, publish, and report on social performance monthly or as needed
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to proactively plan and manage creative execution to market product portfolio, culture, and sustainability values
  • Ensure all creative content crafted ladder up to company brand and revenue goals
  • Provide and update website copy content as needed, while following website guidelines when inputting written and design creative into the web solutions platform
  • Craft digital and blog copy content to support the company's capabilities in SEO
  • Assist with updating current product content in all available channels (PMS, Extranets, Websites and Community Partners)
  • Provide creative support with crafting internal documents, newsletters, training and SOP materials as deemed necessary
  • Explore partnerships with other companies to increase social engagement
  • Craft design content for B Corp partnership and initiatives
  • Provide and manage an asset library of content listed below
  • Craft copy for the following, but is not limited to:
    • Video Design & Editing (featuring lifestyle, infographics, graphics, text overlays, etc.)
    • Image Graphics, Resizing and Text Overlays
    • General Graphic Design
    • Email Templates
    • Print/Collateral
    • Signage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in creative writing within the travel/hospitality industry. Additionally, have (preferably) knowledge of B Corporations with a good understanding of how to effectively integrate sustainable messaging across multiple mediums.

Design:

  • Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Reader/Pro, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Google Suite (Sheets / Docs / Slides).
  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management software
  • Knowledge of HTML and WordPress
  • Some experience with Adobe CC programs including but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
