Job Summary

  • A leading literature importation, distribution, and marketing organization is seeking an innovative Social Media Specialist to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive sales through strategic content creation and digital marketing. 
  • This role requires a creative and data-driven professional with expertise in social media management, content marketing, and audience engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a compelling social media strategy to promote literature across retail and wholesale markets in Nigeria and neighboring countries.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to different platforms.
  • Grow and engage the brand’s online community, driving meaningful interactions and customer conversions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance audience engagement and sales.

Requirements

  • HND, BA, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Proven 2 - 5 years in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar software).
