Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Buckler Systems’ brand and goals.
- Create, curate, and manage content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, infographics, brochures, banners, and promotional materials for both digital and print media.
- Collaborate with other departments to create visually appealing content that reflects Buckler Systems’ brand identity.
- Edit and enhance images and videos for use across various platforms.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in the defense, automotive, or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
