Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed solution designs for app and web features.
- Collaborate with development squads to ensure adherence to design principles.
- Support channel architecture reviews and contribute to design documentation.
- Document integration patterns between channels and backend APIs.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and support technology evaluations for front-end tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of successfully implemented solution designs.
- Percentage of solution designs approved without major rework.
- Developer satisfaction with architectural support.
- Time taken to respond to design requests or issues.
- Number of front-end components aligned with design system.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3 –5 years in mobile/web development or systems architecture and design.
Technical Skills
- Exposure to app/web architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile SDKs, and responsive design.
- Experience collaborating in agile/scrum teams.
Preferred Certifications
- Basic AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification, or mobile platform certification.
