Job Summary
- We are seeking a Strategy & Intelligence Executive to lead the development of data-driven, insight-led campaign strategies that align with client goals and brand direction.
- The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative collaboration, working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are strategically sound and performance-oriented.
- From ideation to execution, this role is instrumental in guiding the strategic direction and optimization of brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs to develop clear, insight-led strategic recommendations.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience insights, cultural shifts, and market dynamics.
- Develop strategic frameworks and big ideas that align with brand values and market opportunities.
- Partner with creative teams to produce effective briefs and ensure strategic consistency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Deliver compelling strategy presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to define campaign objectives and extract business insights.
- Collaborate with media teams to align messaging strategies with media planning and placement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Build audience personas and map customer journeys to support targeted creative execution.
- Lead post-campaign reviews to evaluate effectiveness and gather strategic learnings.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or consumer insights, preferably within advertising, media, or branding environments.
- Certifications in brand strategy, data analytics, consumer behavior, or relevant planning tools are a plus.
