Role Purpose:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and creative Studio and Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our creative studio. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong production management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead multiple creative projects efficiently. The successful candidate will manage studio operations, oversee production workflows, maintain equipment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio & Production Management

  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and freelance creatives.
  • Enforce industry standards and safety protocols in all production activities.

Equipment & Facility Management

  • Maintain an inventory of studio equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to enhance studio capabilities.
  • Develop guidelines for equipment handling and use.

Creative & Content Production

  • Lead multimedia content production, including video, photography, and live-streaming.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure high production values.
  • Manage post-production workflows such as editing, sound design, and color correction.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the studio’s budget efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts with freelancers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with key departments to align studio operations with the company’s goals.
  • Foster relationships with content creators, production professionals, and industry partners.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for creative talents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications or training in production management (a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in production management, media, or creative industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with production equipment, editing software, and project management tools.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
