We are seeking a talented and passionate Team Lead, Networks & Communication for our client who will be responsible to ensure the availability, stability, and optimization of all WAN and LAN links within the bank and to provide adequate network support to ensure organizational business objectives are met.
Job Description
- Lead the design and Implementation of a security program for the enterprise network
- Ensure all network devices are properly configured and monitored.
- Lead the Implementation of defense-in-depth security for the enterprise network to prevent unauthorized access to resources.
- Ensure redundancy of core infrastructure devices to provide high availability.
- Provide a framework for continuous analysis of systems and devices for vulnerabilities and ensure they are remediated immediately.
- Provide visibility and control for traffic on the network
- Provide a framework for security Incidence response on the enterprise network
- Setup an Incident response team
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess security situations
- Understanding of risk management principles and practices to assess and mitigate IT security risks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing security challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- First Degree in computer science or related field/ CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Security/CISSP.
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience as a Security Engineer/Specialist
