Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled QA Team Lead to spearhead our quality assurance efforts, specializing in complex integrations, Finacle core banking systems, Internet and Mobile Banking, commercial off-the-shelf applications (COTS), and Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) technologies. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of QA professionals to ensure the seamless functionality, performance, and security of our software solutions, particularly those involving integrations between diverse systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, with a focus on integration, Finacle, COTS, Channels and USSD testing.
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing QA teams.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex testing projects on time and within budget.
Additional Information
- Possess in-depth knowledge of integration testing methodologies and tools, specializing in complex system interactions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Finacle core banking system testing, including functional, performance, and security aspects.
- Exhibit expertise in COTS application testing, ensuring compatibility, stability, and seamless integration within our ecosystem.
- Master USSD testing techniques, verifying functionality, user experience, and error handling in mobile interactions.
