Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in application support, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in multi-location application management (preferably in banking/finance)
Certifications:
- ITIL,
- Finacle Admin
- Microsoft/RPA certifications

Expertise in:
Stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills. Proven track record in navigating banking regulations while delivering iteratively.
- Finacle Suite, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), RPA (Blueprism)
- SQL, API integrations, cloud platforms
- Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Ensure 99% uptime for core subsidiary applications (Finacle LOS, Treasury, CRM, RPA)
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management for subsidiary applications
- Implement performance monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies
Operational Excellence - Act as primary escalation point for all subsidiary application issues
- Align with headquarters application teams on upgrades and patches
- Manage vendor relationships for subsidiary-specific applications
Security & Compliance - Enforce application security policies across subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, AML (SAS), and data protection regulations
- Conduct quarterly vulnerability assessments
Innovation & Modernisation - Drive automation of manual processes (30% annual target)
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities
Team & Stakeholder Management - Lead a team of application support specialists
- Develop knowledge base and training programs
- Implement SLA-driven performance metrics
