Job Summary
- The Team Member, Datacenter & Infrastructure Services will be responsible for ensuring daily support, configuration and troubleshooting of servers and systems on the network.
- This includes the continuous development and maintenance of procedures and administrative records.
Responsibilities
- Active directory and domain support
- Install, maintain, and update all server and systems in the information technology landscape.
- Review and optimization of the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure availability of backup and recovery of all datacenter assets.
- Perform system and application updates as well as equipment firmware updates on all information technology landscape assets.
- Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations, and diagnostic procedures for the information technology landscape.
- Provide support for network devices on the information technology landscape.
- Ensure support tickets are properly logged.
- Reporting on the status of the information technology landscape
- Messaging and collaboration support on-premises and cloud
- IT Asset Inventorying and documentation
- User support
- Knowlegde of entreprise networking using Cisco and Mikrotik will be an added advantage
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience.
- Relevant certifications: VMware, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, FortiGate Firewall, Mikrotik would be an added advantage.
