- We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Operations Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining, optimizing, and securing technological infrastructure.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our systems and contribute to the development of scalable solutions that drive company's success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor our infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and security.
- Implement and maintain automated processes for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers to design, build, and deploy reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents in a timely manner, troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system administration, network operations, or DevOps.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
