Job Summary
- You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team while managing day-to-day IT and technical administrative functions.
- You must be a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking across administrative coordination, proposal preparation, meeting facilitation, logistics, and basic IT support.
- You will serve as a bridge between management and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient operations, and timely execution of projects and deliverables.
Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support:
- Provide direct assistance to the management team in planning, coordinating, and executing business strategies.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, communication, and meeting logistics to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and develop strategy briefs for management decision-making.
- Track project deliverables and ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and edit presentations, proposals, and business documents for internal and client use.
Technical & Operational Coordination:
- Support IT-related tasks including software/system updates, ticket tracking, and collaboration tool optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project documentation, process automation, and technical reporting.
- Serve as a bridge between the technical and administrative functions, ensuring smooth information flow and task execution.
- Maintain accurate digital records, shared drives, and workflow dashboards.
Business Development & Strategy Execution:
- Assist in developing and monitoring strategic plans, KPIs, and progress reports for ongoing initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights supporting business expansion or innovation.
- Participate in project reviews, documentation, and post-implementation analysis.
Team Coordination & Communication:
- Facilitate internal meetings, manage action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate logistics for projects, training, and team engagements.
- Support vendor and client communications where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a Technical Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Strategy Support role within a technology or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Highly tech-savvy, proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, Notion, and other collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to translate ideas into actionable tasks.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
