Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Support, Account Management, and Business Development to develop new business.
- Directly engage with potential accounts.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads.
- Articulate how our solutions accelerate the prospect and customer's business.
- Handle demos and technical sales presentations via webinar, remote, and on-site.
- Generate and close new business opportunities to contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within established clientele or prospects.
- Respond to customer requests for information and conduct online and face-to-face presentations.
- Stay informed on changes and developments in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, IT, and PLM industries.
- Keep management updated on all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of BSc/ HND in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in digital/ IT solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and tasks
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members
- Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous experience with technology solutions in the AEC industry.
