SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL IDEALLY HAVE TO:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our FinTech products and services, including digital banking solutions, payment processing, and financial management tools.
- Utilize scripts and sales pitches provided by the company to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and address customer inquiries.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and engagement, understanding their financial needs, challenges, and goals.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to prospects based on their financial profiles and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including contact details, preferences, and feedback, in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, address concerns, and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and company policies while conducting telemarketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles within the financial services or FinTech industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner and must have good intonation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial products, services, and terminology, including banking, payments, investments, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and generate reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evening or weekend shifts.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
