We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic, motivated and results-driven Telesales Marketer to contribute in generating sales. The Telesales Marketer will be responsible for engaging with potential students through telephone calls to promote the school's courses and programs. The role also involves providing information about admission requirements, assisting with enrollment, and addressing inquiries from prospective students.

As a Telesales Marketer, you should be well-spoken and have the ability to maintain a calm composure at all times. You should also be able to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

  2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  3. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  4. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  5. Always strive towards meeting sales quota.
  6. Converting difficult leads to customers.
  7. Providing brand recognition by leaving customers with an excellent impression of the company through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  2. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Telesales Marketer or other sales role.
  3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  4. Ability to deliver persuasive and convincing sales pitches.
  5. Excellent phone etiquette
  6. Experience in the area of sales is a plus.
