Job Summary
- The Value Analyst - AI & Digitization will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and driving value through the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation initiatives across the Dangote Cement Plc.
- This position involves collaborating with various teams to assess existing processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and leverage technology to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes to identify opportunities for AI and digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a framework for measuring the value and impact of AI and digitization initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables for AI and digitization projects.
- Analyze data and produce detailed reports to support decision-making for technology investments and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends in AI, automation, and digitization to recommend best practices for implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on AI tools and digital processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide recommendations and insights for continuous improvement initiatives in light of digital transformation strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role with a focus on AI and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in conducting data analysis and applying analytical methodologies to identify valuable business insights.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with process automation tools and methodologies.
- Experience in project management and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in the use of data analysis software and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry and supply chain processes is an advantage.
