Responsibilities
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for programs, events, and online platforms.
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X).
- Develop engaging content strategies to promote the organization’s mission and activities.
- Monitor analytics and provide reports on social media performance.
- Collaborate with ministry teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on digital trends to enhance outreach and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Alignment with the values and mission of a faith-based organization.
