POCACOV (Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices) is a preventive policing initiative of the Inspector General of Police, dedicated to protecting, mentoring, and empowering communities. We do not police the community; we stand with it, working hand in hand with stakeholders to guide young minds away from crime and towards opportunities for growth.

- Those with no criminal record or past arrests.
- Well-meaning Lagosians—youth and adults—committed to a safer society.
