Core Responsibilities for Web Administrator & Digital Platform Manager
Website Development & Management
- Build and manage websites and landing pages for all brands.
- Maintain existing websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP.
- Ensure website security, uptime, responsiveness, and performance.
- Implement updates, backups, and plugin management.
SEO & Web Optimization
- Develop and execute SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Improve search rankings, traffic, and visibility.
- Ensure SEO-aligned content structure across websites.
Digital Platforms & Content Publishing
- Manage and upload podcast content on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Spreaker & Telegram.
- Upload and optimize videos on YouTube (long-form & shorts) with correct titles, summaries, tags, and thumbnails.
- Oversee YouTube pages for Tribe, King’s Arrow, Kings & Priests to maximize reach. Upload video content to Luvanex Realty Instagram.
- Upload audio content to Telegram channels (Tribe & King’s Arrow).
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and platform performance using analytics tools.
- Provide monthly performance reports (traffic, engagement, growth).
- Use insights to improve content and platform strategy.
Collaboration & Technical Oversight
- Work closely with Media Director, Social Media Manager, and Content Strategist.
- Collaborate with app developers to oversee Prayer Watch App development.
- Ensure app deployment on required stores and user-friendly functionality.
Technical Support
- Resolve website and platform-related issues promptly.
- Provide backend support during campaigns, events, and launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in website administration and digital platforms.
- Strong WordPress and basic coding knowledge.
- Proper understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital publishing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Attend physical meetings when required
