We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web and Mobile App Developer to manage our company’s website, online learning portal, and mobile app. This role requires a versatile professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Description
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous upgrade of the company’s website, online learning portal, and mobile app.
- Ensure all platforms are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly.
- Upload and manage online learning content on the learning platform.
- Ensure content is organized, accessible, and engaging for users.
- Conduct user analysis to understand user behavior and needs.
- Utilize data to improve user experience and platform functionality.
- Generate reports and provide insights to enhance platform performance.
- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for all platforms.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
- Ensure all upgrades align with user needs and company goals.
- Conduct thorough testing of all upgrades and new features before deployment.
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Ensure all platforms are optimized for speed, usability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and users as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Web and Mobile App Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies.
- Experience with Flutter, NodeJS, MongoDB, ReactJS, Postman
- Strong understanding of mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with user analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
