Job Description:
- Provision of sales implementation support to product sales team and relationship managers.
- Ensuring effective migration of customers from legacy channels to new Electronic banking platforms.
- Effective utilization, penetration and tracking of all dormant transaction banking channels.
- Ensuring the effective management of transaction banking solutions deployed.
- Maintaining an appropriate customer contact model.
- Ensuring adequate security and operational process control in the daily operations of Electronic banking support services.
- Keenly monitor all deliverables and dependencies related to the implementation and communicate regularly to the necessary stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in any field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a WEB portal officer in the transaction banking unit.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organisational skills
