Job Details

  • Ensure website functionality and perform software ,mods and plugging updates.
  • Monitor,evaluate ,assess, and report on website performance to the company's management.
  • Ensure all details of domain registration in registrars and WHOIS are current and accurate.
  • Make adjustments to the design or site structure to incorporate any changes in the company.
  •  Handle search engine optimization mostly on-page SEO.
  • Backup website on a regular basis.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance.
  • Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube’s search engine
  • Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns, and owned/earned/paid media
  • Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets
  • Develop and oversee channel community, including channel moderators, marketing managers, and network of channel partners
  • Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines
  • Supervise channel operations, including staffing, facilities, and equipment
  • Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics, including paid and organic search, social, and display advertising
  • Manage channel communications, including social media, blogs, and other owned/earned/paid media
  • Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization
  • Develop and implement channel budget

Website Manager Requirements:

  • A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
  • 2 -5 years of work experience as a website manager.
  • Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards.
  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript.
  • Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Creative eye for design and video content
