RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design web page layouts that align with client preferences and best practices for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Upload assets to the website in collaboration with other departments
- Keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins updated for security and performance on all WordPress sites
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Organize and analyze research findings for a better understanding of user insight
- Assist in wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flows
- Deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products
- Configure the WordPress admin panel for user-friendly content management by the members of the staff
- Make minor customization to the website using HTML, CSS, and potentially Javascript
- Bug - Fixes: Troubleshoot any technical issues that might arise on the website
- Perform minor updates and backups
- Implement basic SEO practices to improve website visibility in search engine results.
- Render Tech support to employees
QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in WordPress development and customization.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools.
- Experience in technical support and familiarity with online tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
