As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced YouTube Growth Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase subscriber count, viewership, and engagement on our YouTube channel.
Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with content creators, editors, and producers to develop compelling and shareable content tailored for the YouTube platform.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in YouTube and social media marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels, preferably in the media or news industry.
In-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO principles, and video analytics.
Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools is a plus.
