Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budget allocation for improved performance.
- Monitor ad delivery and troubleshoot issues related to pacing, underperformance, or disapprovals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
Budget & Spend Optimization:
- Ensure cost-effective ad spend to maximize ROI.
- Allocate budgets across campaigns based on performance insights.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Identify high-performing audience segments and adjust targeting strategies.
- Use data analytics and market trends to refine campaign strategies.
Collaboration & Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media buying, or performance marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and tracking tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with SEO and organic traffic growth strategies is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for reporting and collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns for efficiency.
- Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Nigerian and African digital markets.
- Knowledge of local consumer behavior and online advertising trends.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or startup environments.
