Position Overview

  • We are looking for a creative and highly organized B2B Content & Marketing Support Executive to develop and execute compelling content that strengthens our brand presence across the corporate meals and event catering space.
  • This role will support demand generation, client engagement, and sales enablement by creating tailored marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and campaign content that speak directly to decision-makers, procurement etc.

Job Description
Content Creation & Sales Collateral:

  • Write and design B2B-focused sales decks, capability brochures, corporate meal plans, and event catering proposals.
  • Create email templates, client onboarding kits, and branded menus tailored to different client segments (e.g., law firms, tech companies, schools).
  • Develop clear, persuasive messaging for service offerings, emphasizing convenience, reliability, quality, and value.

Digital & Social Media Support:

  • Collaborate on LinkedIn campaigns targeting corporate clients, event planners, and institutional buyers.
  • Schedule and post content across platforms to build credibility and top-of-mind awareness in B2B channels.
  • Assist in managing website content (especially B2B landing pages, testimonials, and lead capture forms).

Event & Campaign Coordination:

  • Support the planning and promotion of food tastings, client appreciation events, and industry expos.
  • Help prepare branded items and media kits for business development engagements.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and report on engagement and lead quality.

Client-Facing Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all client-facing documents reflect the company’s tone, branding, and positioning standards.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of approved B2B materials for use by sales and account teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience working with corporate catering, bulk meal services, or institutional food supply.
  • Existing network of contacts in the corporate, healthcare, or educational sectors.
  • Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards.
