Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Brand and Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic branding, marketing, and communication initiatives for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will strengthen our brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth through effective storytelling and innovative communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals.
  2. Ensure consistency in brand identity, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
  3. Oversee the creation of branding materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
  4. Design and implement internal and external communication plans to support brand objectives.
  5. Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other company communications.
  6. Manage relationships with media, PR agencies, and other communication stakeholders.
  7. Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  8. Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns and recommend improvements.
  9. Conduct research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and trends in the real estate market.
  10. Use insights to craft campaigns and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  11. Organize and coordinate events, property launches, and other promotional activities.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and build networks to enhance brand visibility.
  13. Work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to align branding efforts with business goals.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Minimum of 3 years in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in the real estate sector.
  2. Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing software.
  5. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
