Responsibilities

  • Development and Execution of brand strategies that aligns with organization’s mission and values.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases etc.
  • Creating communication tactics for new projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Develop communication campaigns that raise awareness and promote organization work.
  • Managing and overseeing the creation of marketing and communications deliverables.
  • Establish internal communications processes of each project.
  • Creating and maintaining connections and working with different internal stakeholders to develop and execute communications strategies.
  • Identify, cultivate and nature partnerships and collaboration with other organizations, media outlets to promote the organization’s mission and engage stakeholders.
  • Manage and update the organization’s website, ensuring it reflects current activities and News.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relation or any other related field.
  • 2+ years relevant work experience.
  • Experienced in communication, public relations or partnership development with track record of success.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office and Social media management platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messages and materials.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and stay organized.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative communication and partnership strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
